Diego Fernández de Paredes is the Founder of The Real Estate Investment and a senior business executive with more than 30 years of experience in investments, corporate strategy, and international business development. Throughout his career, he has worked with investors, entrepreneurs, and companies across the United States and Latin America, helping identify profitable opportunities and structure growth-oriented projects.

His experience includes real estate investments, strategic advisory, redevelopment opportunities, and long-term value creation. One of his main strengths is managing and connecting different stakeholders throughout the investment process, including investors, operators, developers, brokers, and strategic partners. He is focused on identifying high-potential opportunities, building strong business relationships, and leading projects with a practical and results-driven approach.

Mateo is currently pursuing a degree in Social Entrepreneurship with a minor in Business Management at Rollins College, he is also an active Realtor combining academic preparation with hands-on exposure to the real estate industry. He has experience supporting tenant, seller, and buyer representation in real estate transactions, while also contributing to multiple projects in operational and corporate assistant roles.

At The Real Estate Investment, Mateo brings a strong combination of analytical mindset, adaptability, and next-generation vision. His growing experience in listing management, exposure to real estate investments through the family business, and commitment to relationship-driven values position him as a valuable asset for project coordination, client relations, and long-term business development

Jerónimo Navarro is a legal and business development professional with extensive experience in construction law, strategic client management, and commercial growth.

He currently serves as Commercial Manager at NPG Abogados, one of Peru’s leading construction law firms, where he focuses on business expansion, strategic partnerships, and institutional development.

His background combines legal expertise with strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills, providing a comprehensive understanding of complex business and investment environments

Roberto is a legal professional specialized in construction law, administrative law, real estate law, and government contracting. He brings strong experience in legal compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic advisory within complex business environments.

At NPG Abogados, he plays a key role in overseeing legal processes and supporting compliance initiatives, contributing to the firm’s operational security and institutional strength.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Roberto is experienced in working with international clients and managing cross-border legal and business matters.
